To ensure a comfortable sitting posture, urethane foam is used as the cushioning material.

The bonding process is a time-consuming process, but an important one that supports comfort and quality.
The cushion structure developed through industry-academia collaboration has been patented (Patent No. 5886157).

We create patterns and adjust the final specifications in-house.
Sewing is done in-house, sourced domestically and overseas, and needle inspections are always carried out twice before delivery.
If a foreign object is detected, it is discarded and the inspection results are recorded.
